CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Facilities & Administrative Services
Hiring Range $10.00/hr
The Facilities and Administrative Services Department
is currently seeking an organized, detail oriented
individual with excellent phone, analytical, interpersonal
and multi-tasking skills to join our team of Customer
Service Representatives in the Information Center.
Applicant should have 2-3 years customer service
experience, preferably in a call center environment.
The individual in this position receives and responds
to customer requests for general information,
as well as data-enters facilities requests from
campus customers. Applicant must be available
to work selected shifts between the hours of 10AM-6PM
Monday - Friday. Excellent customer service skills
with ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced,
high-pressure call center environment handling
75-100 calls daily. Basic to intermediate PC skills
to include MS Office Suite and Lotus Notes. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Experience
in a university environment and/or facilities
experience a plus.
