SUPPORT
ASSISTANT I
School of Communication
Employees filling this position
will perform basic reception tasks for the School
of Communication
technology hub. Employees will be responsible
for answering the front desk phone, taking
messages, and inputting customer service tickets
into the SOC Technology Services ticket tracking
system. Additional tasks include basic administrative
tasks around the office including: copying
handouts, stocking office supplies, preparing
reports and handouts, and basic technology
support tasks.
Applicants do not necessarily
need a technology background, but a good
customer support attitude is critical. Applicants
will
be required to interview and take a brief
written test before being accepted into this
position.
Base Wage: $8.00
Minimum Hours: 10
